The Riesel City Council REGULAR monthly meeting will NOT be held on it's usual day in August, due to scheduling conflicts. The meeting will instead be held on MONDAY August 18th at 6:30 pm. We apologize for any inconvenience.

THE CITY OF RIESEL ADOPTED A TAX RATE THAT WILL RAISE MORE TAXES FOR MAINTENANCE AND OPERATIONS THAN LAST YEAR'S TAX RATE. THE TAX RATE WILL EFFECTIVELY BE RAISED BY 0.71 PERCENT AND WILL RAISE TAXES FOR MAINTENANCE AND OPERATIONS ON A $100,000 HOME BY APPROXIMATELY $-24.87.
